Additional F&Q: *Please all food vendors must fill out a vendor form, agree to follow all food handling regulations set by the county, and wait for an approval of space. Food items are meant to fall in line with the theme of the festival. Each food vendor must feature a healthy, green, or vegetarian option.

To all vendors: Please when choosing your vendor space be cautious to what business you may be near or next too is not of the same type. We do our best to keep an eye on it. Review spaces available on vendor page to choose the space you want and use the festival map on the bottom of this page. All vendor space are a 10 X10 space only. You must provide your own tent. You may provide your own table and chairs but we do offer you the availability to have a rented 1 table and 2 chairs placed on your vendor location prior to your arrival. The festival date is always the last Saturday of July and runs rain or shine. Additional questions answered at [email protected] or [email protected]

* Featured Vendors and Wellness Nook vendors will have name included on some print, all email, web advertising, stage announcements and included on press releases. You will receive a click-able link to your website.

Attention VENDORS!! NJ STATE TAXES!! All Soulsational Vendors MUST register with the State of New Jersey Tax Department and have their Tax Certificate with Tax ID Number on display at the Soulsational Festival. It's VERY EASY.
