Sweet Willie's Heat is the brainchild of the Debra James. Using the recipe of her dad who emigrated from the Caribbean, Debra grew up assisting her dad and taste testing his hot pepper sauce conceptions which he shared with family and friends. Debra chose to name the pepper sauce to honor her father.

Sweet Willie's Heat got started when one of her friend's said the hot sauce was too good to keep within the confines of friends and family and should be shared with the world. Thus, Debra began a small operation of sharing her dad's recipe with the world in 2016. Sweet Willie's Heat produces 2 flavors at this time Original sauce which consists of habanero peppers and Ghost pepper sauce.
