We are now accepting applications to become a volunteer for the Soulsational Music & Wellness Festival (SMWF) Below. This festival is a nonprofit volunteer based and run event. Volunteers will work in shifts and you may select to work more than one shift during the day. We can also use volunteers prior to the festival to help promote the event or for on-site preparation the day before. Post festival cleanup work may be needed. Please read the information below and then complete this application and simply click “submit”. After it has been reviewed and we get closer to the date of the festival you will receive an email confirming your acceptance as a member of the SMWF team. Filling out the form below does not guarantee acceptance. All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older; and at least a Freshman in High School. High school students must provide a parent signature to participate on the day of the festival.. High School Volunteers will receive volunteer letter/certificates to fill high school and college application requirements after the festival has completed. All volunteers are expected to check in with the volunteer leader coordinator Dina and will be given their work assignment(s) and Tshirt. Volunteer parking is provided in an area near the main gate. Assignments and times will be announced prior to day of the festival. All volunteers must have liability release formed signed.
