Application To Hold Class Or Event During The Soulsational Festival

Soulsational is committed to bringing FREE wellness, educational, Innovative, healthy and fun; classes’ activities and events, which are in alignment with our mission. The Soulsational Festival offers the opportunity for local VOLUNTEER practitioners, teachers, presenters, and businesses to host classes and events in a unique and peaceful, outdoor park setting. The serene natural ambiance, combined with consciously crafted festival, make Soulsational an easy inviting choice for holding appropriate quality events and classes for all ages. To hold your "mini events" we will have a main class tent(s), an open field area, as well as an area set up in the kids Village. We may set up a forth area and hold mini speaking event/classes if we see enough interest. These events will be scheduled for you within the festival hours. We will be accepting ALL ideas till a scheduled is finalized and posted. The following are Ideas of classes we would to include but BE CREATIVE: teach a yoga class, a zumba class, a fitness class of so many different kinds, large meditation event, guided meditation, magic shows, Tibetan flag making, children’s art, craft making ex. Kites, recycled art, storytelling combined with yoga, hula hoop contest, belly dancing class, Tai Chi, Qigong – The possibilities are endless. I agree to be actively involved as volunteer for my "mini event" once I am confirmed a space. I understand I need to help with the overall success of free class participation by spreading the word and inviting others to attend in a supportive wave. I agree to help in advertising my class. I will keep the festival committee aware of my advertising work to be include in all Soulsational PR packages and will ask for directors approval for any decisions that may impact the overall festival directly. I will also provide a volunteer to help me make my class successful. Soulsational asks most "mini event" gatherings to be about 30 - 45 minutes in length. The festival committee has allotted a total time of 60 minutes (45 minutes in the Kidzone) which is also to include set up, break down, and change over. The festival will provide a professional installed canopy tent, speaker system in each tent area, and lots of loving support and PR. I have read and understand this Soulsational agreement: This is my Electronic Signature.

Electronic signature needed: I understand that being placed in this position is a valued space in the Soulsational Festival. We ask all that participate to honor these spaces that will be constructed and advertised to shine your experience. These individual spaces are valued at above $3,000 dollars. If you are chosen to receive a position please understand that cancellations and no shows hurt the Soulsational experience. You must be involved in promoting, spreading awareness, and filling your class.

Electronic Signature Needed: As a condition of participating as a vendor, exhibitor, band member, participant or volunteer at the Soulsational Music & Wellness Festival (the “Festival”), I, _____________________ acknowledge that I fully understand the risks inherent to participation in the Festival, and I expressly agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and/or assigns, to release and hold harmless Soulsational Music & Wellness Festival, Venue location, Alternative Health Solutions of NJ, Michelle Leonard and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, managers, and employees (each of the foregoing, collectively, the “Releases”) from and against, any and all damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) or injuries, and any and all other claims of any type whatsoever for any personal injury, death, disability, or damage to tangible or intangible property, or any other loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever (collectively, “Claims”) relating to or sustained or caused during the Festival. Furthermore, I agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from and against any and all Claims made by any third party arising out of my participation in the Festival. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge, or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity which would otherwise exist as to any party or person described in this Release and Indemnity Agreement. I agree to keep confidential and not to disclose any non-public information, regarding the festivals or any of the Releases, disclosed to me during the course of my participation in the Festival. I give and grant to Soulsational Music & Wellness Festival, Alternative Health Solutions of NJ, Michelle Leonard and its officers, parent companies, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors, successors, assigns, designees and licensees ("LIG"), the right to use and publish my name, nickname, voice, picture, portrait, likeness, characteristics, live or recorded performance, photograph, signature or facsimile thereof, and biographical materials (the “Identity”) as embodied in materials associated with Soulsational marketing, advertising, sales or promotional efforts (the “Materials”) in all forms of media now known or hereafter created, including without limitation, video, television, print, billboards, point-of-purchase materials, corporate communications, internal and external marketing pieces, and Internet in any and all territories throughout the world. In the event that any clause, term, or provision of this agreement shall be deemed or adjudicated void or invalid, it shall in no manner affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, terms, and provisions herein which shall remain in full force and effect. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the Release and Indemnity Agreement and am satisfied that it is fair and equitable. I shall not revoke this consent and approval. I have read and understand the Soulsational liability release and indemnity agreement: This is my Electronic Signature.

I agree that if my class is accepted, I am responsible to follow through with the class as advertised on the day of the event. If I cancel my space after the printed material is purchased by the festival, I am responsible to have that printed material reprinted at the printers fees. I agree that if I do not show up or cancel for any other reason than a documented extreme emergency, I will be held responsible for all advertising costs. This space if accepted is worth $2500 and you will be charged for cancellations. I have read and understand this Soulsational agreement: This is my Electronic Signature.
